I reckon this is about as close to a picture of the photographer as we'll ever get, part of him reflected in some kind of glass thing on the front of the Super Panavision equipment. As I recall, he said there was a competition for the Grand Prix job between Panavision and another wide-screen technique (Todd-AO?), with Panavision securing the position. |
