Even at this scale (1:64) and magnification (3:1 ?)you can see the "bowtie" emblem in the middle of the radiator grille. This model is one of the few vans that I could identify as a Chevy. As it happens, this is said to be a 1975 model and is clearly some kind of a white, bubble-gum-lighted officialdom vehicle. It might be Chicago Animal Control. They are serious over there.

Ours was a "Spanish Gold" and white example, a window van with seats and belts for eleven persons other than the driver. The color was a little darker than the Vega Coupe, but very close thereto. When I towed the coupe to events, it was a good-looking rig.
