Screenshot of a "1:43 Collectible
Cars" AssetManager query, with "Show Totals" window displayed My workspace spreads this image across two large monitors. You'll probably have to scroll both vertically and horizontally in order to see it all |
Some entries might seem obscure,
my personal shorthand or code reducing entry work and space consumption.
The full view of all entries is revealed under the "Location" heading, "View by Queries" is a selection in that default column. The column of choices on the left edge of this display are "Query" titles. Clicking on one results in a disply of only those items meeting criteria included in the query's design. The "Show Totals" window gives information on a selected entry (Ford 1936 Convertible TU) and a total of the items in the Queried-for category (1:43 Collectible Cars), which at that instant was 736. The Total of all line items at this writing is 1,107 (one thousand one hundred seven). That includes several Empty Template lines and numerous "Box Only" entries that duplicate an individual model's information and signal that the box and model have become separated. Usually the box is stored, the model displayed. TU means Top Up, an important aspect of convertible model cars. The Dollars Totals are calculated from data entered in individual item descriptions, and represent the best of my knowledge and belief at the time of the entries. When working in the AssetManage application, a click-click on an item's displayed "Asset #" line opens a window with numerous choices for data entry. A single click on an asset's image opens it in your choice of image-viewing programs. I use "IrfanView": Free, fast, and very, very capable. |
