Closest we got was this years-old visit to the Community Center.
I don't know if any of the RIR stuff is still there.
October 2, 2021: Looking at a"360-degree" view of the assembly room
it appears RIR memorabilia has been removed from the entry walls.
Seems to me the 360's table with bouquet is in the location of the easel in the older photos.
There's enough detail in the 360 to convince me the wall display is gone. Where is that stuff now?

A Monument has been approved to grace the entrance of the new, 4,000 square-foot TownGate II Community Center in Moreno Valley.  The Center will also house in perpetuity a display of Riverside Raceway memorabilia.

The Community Center is located close to where the track was on Eucalyptus Street.
