This photo was made in August of 1943. It appears to substantiate the training base history of the place. I believe the line
of airplanes more-or-less points at turn one, to our right. The photographer must have been standing across the "infield"
on the edge of the back straight, across and well South from Start-Finish, possibly nearing Turn Two.
